Almost A Week Since My Last Entry...


Thursday...
It was my mum's off-day,so i spent the day with her. Nothing much...just went out..Mother & daughter.. went for a hair-cut and visit my nephew @ Serangoon.
Baby Jayden's sooooo cute! He will grow up to be a charmer like my dear cousin,Adeline and her hubby,Jeremy.. =) I'm clueless when it comes to carrying a baby.. As u can see from the pics.. Jayden don't look too happy.. He was probably praying that i would pass him back to his grandma.. Hahaha....

Saturday...

Headed to my dearie's place after making breakfast for him. =) Hope u really liked it,dearie. It wasn't much. Just toast,eggs,ham and cheese. We went down to Suntec to shop around for jigsaw puzzles. Sadly,there was not much choices around or rather..only a few designs caught our eye. Geez! Jigsaw puzzles are costly man! 100+ bucks for a 2000 puzzle frame.. Didn't buy anything in the end. Met up with Sylves,Rongyin and dear's mum to shop for some groceries. Sylves is the chef today. He is cooking pasta for us. Rongyin made the garlic butter bread spread too! Woo....Fantastic dinner. Alot of ingredients were included in the pasta.. I just hung around the kitchen to catch a glimpse of the chef in action and help spread the garlic butter. Thanks for dinner, Sylves and Rongyin. It was really nice... Yummy...!! =)

Sunday...

Slept till real late today..11am,i guess.. Made my way to dearie's house.. =) going to his place to make caramel pudding today. Haven't made it in years.. Worried tt it wouldn't turn out as i wanna it to be. Went to Causeway Pt for lunch and to get the neccessary ingredients for the caramel pudding.. Brown sugar,flour,milk,ice-cream,dates and butter... Kinda fumbled around the kitchen.. LOL! =) prepared the caramel sauce and the filling with the help of my dearie..Thanks,dear! Was so worried tt it wouldn't be successful.. After an hour of preparing and baking, the caramel pudding is done. I put too much brown sugar,causing the caramel sauce to be too sweetttttttt...... Goodness! I'll watch it next time..Sorry to everyone who tried it. Was contemplating of adding apples and nuts (in replacement of the dates) the next time round. =)
